He was declined but the man said he would reconsider. The reason he said he had no bans is because I made his applications like my other friends. You can check the IP. I did not ask him if he had any bans so it is my fault. If he does anything you can ban him, but with this server he will have massive fun with his 5 other friends who play on it. Please Please Please reconsider!
