- Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): I was banned once on a server for calling out a person during PVP. It was a one day temporary ban, and I moved up to become an admin after that.

- How did you hear about Herocraft?: I was talking with a 19 year old guy named akincraft. He was talking about a server that made their own plugin called Heroes for the server, and I figured I would check it out.

- Reason you should be accepted: I am currently looking for a nice server to play on. Finally, after having read up on your Heroes plugin, I thought that the server that would make best use of it would be the server that invented it.
