You claim to not have any bans, but I found this:

I was banned for a friend on the server telling me to break his house because he was moving, (i know him irl) and he took screenshots and reported me, no matter what we told the server they insisted i couldn't grief, and it wasn't repented. Im 15 however i use my older brothers account and he was born in 1985 for my individual application its 15 for my account its 26.

Also why would your friend tell you to do something then report you for doing it?

Yes we do, and because he wanted to piss me off.

I'm sorry but we don't want people sharing accounts on the server, feel free to play on the greylist which will allow you to level up and build in the map, Warshard, but not the main map. Feel free to apply again if you get your own minecraft account . @Norweigen

I am a bit confused. All of a sudden you share an account, then a day later your brother has a minecraft account that already has bans on it? I have a few questions,

One, why did you say you shared accounts then all of a sudden you don't.
Two, do you and your brother live together and play in the same place?

Ok my brother has an account, and i didn't. I explained to him how i would appreciate if he helped me get on this server, so he told me he has another account. He then told me I could have this account. But no, I stay at my brother's on weekends, and we will play together on occasion when he is not doing anything.
