3. 3. Previous Bans (Includes other servers): None that I can remember, I have deleted all the ones I have been banned from (see #8).
4. 4. Referral(s): None, but I have seen the Herocraft plugin in action from another server, and wanted to see what the original looks like.
5. 5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I saw the plugin on another server, and wanted to test it out (I can't recall the server name though).
6. 6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: No. I would like to see the server before voting.
7. 7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS? Yes.
8. 8. Reason you should be accepted: I am an excellent PVPer, and frequent many servers. Because of how aggressive we (my friends and I) are, we frequently get banned because many members are complaining that we are stealing them and killing them, even though it is explicitly a PVP server. I have much to bring to the server, and am particularly creative, and may have a few ideas to contribute.

10. 10 .Additional Info: I am a Computer Science major at a small school here in Georgia, and frequently program small projects in Python, but unfortunately not in Java. I do plan to take a Java class in the next semester or two, but I plan to learn some Java before then.
