I found a ban here, for xraying, and it was only four months ago. That shouldn't be long enough that you've forgotten that you use hacks.
In additional information you say you don't hack? Please explain the ban, then.

yes i used to use xray then i found it was a realy unfair and cheap way to get resourses so i forced updated my minecraft and i forgot about it so im srry speaking of that i will take any punishment from u since i lied

Well, seeing as it was quite a bit ago, I'm going to believe you when you say you no longer do that.
Please keep in mind any sort of hacks will get you banned.
