Well you are banned on other account are you not? If so you are bypassing your ban, which is in violation of the rules.

And unless your account was banned on the server, you can play via the greylist.

We always check past accounts. I think at this time based on the fact your attitude does not seem to be any better then it was, I am going to deny this application.
