3)Previous Bans: I have been banned from one other minecraft server. This was just a prank by my friends who own the server, and I was quickly unbanned.
4)Referrals: BananaFuton, he used to play on your servers, but he stopped playing minecraft. Recently restarted, and told me about it.
5)How did I hear about Herocraft?: My friend Bananfuton used to play on your server. Today he gave a great "review" of it, and I couldn't help but research it.
6) Have I voted for Herocraft: Yes
7) Do I agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes, I agree.
8)Reasons why I should be accepted: I plan to not cause any problems for people on the server. I am a very good assistant. I work well with groups, if you need me to get something done, I will do it. I enjoy imagining a project, and seeing it come to life.

Additional Information: I hate to go under the "Bad Application", but I don't really have any screenshots of buildings that I have built, most things I have built I don't know the server I was on, or the server is deleted.
