  2. Location & Age: San Diego, California. (i chose arizona on time zone because it was the closest.) I am 14 years old
  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (if yes, explain where/when): None
  4. Referral(s): None
  5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I searched on google for Minecraft RPG server, and I found you guys!
  6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: No
  7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes
  8. Reason you should be accepted: I should be accepted because I LOVE RPG games and Minecraft. When i first saw this game i thought it would be boring, but then I looked at the wiki and got started, (i was only 2 minutes into it, i read the whitelist sign and came here.) I thought to myself, "This looks awesome!!

  10. Additional Info: I love playing RPG games. Two of them being WoW and Star wars the old republic. If i'm not playing minecraft, I am usually reading. If i'm not reading, I will be relaxing or studying.
