Your brother has the same birthday as you? Your Herocraft Online profile says your birthday is Jul 31, 1997.
The minecraft forum account says the birthday is July 31, 1998[DOUBLEPOST=1368068840,1368068748][/DOUBLEPOST]Obviously you have been on SomethingCraft. Why would they ban you for stealing otherwise?

No he used my birthdate to act like he was older and the Minecraft Forums was wrong was wrong because my brother made the account and apparently he is bad with dates. And my brother was the one on SomethingCraft and got banned for stealing on SomethingCraft but isn't stealing aloud?

Stealing is allowed on our server but that isnt the point. The point is you/your brother broke a rule on another server and got banned.
Please find out when this ban occured and update me with this infomation
