I also kind of want to become a regular player, trying to play on a server you staff on gets very dull.

Playing on a server you staff is very dull. I do have alts for the purpose of playing incognito, but our playerbase is quite young and not very mature. It tries my patience dealing with them as their Admin, much less as a fellow player.

Nope, wamasi mentioned he was questioned about it when he applied. He's the Manager of my server.

PvP, running Factions and MCMMO as the major gameplay changing plugins, it's been getting more and more laidback over the course of the last year as we've had three owner shifts in about six months. I am trying to make our server more hardcore, as it used to be, but with new twists to make it fun to play.
