The only time that I can recall getting banned is when I was on a server and we could not break any blocks at all or do anything, so I said, "This is boring" and got banned after i said it was boring

I am actually 16 and will be 17 on July 10, but the reason that it says 15 is because I was in a hurry to create this application because I was supposed to have clean up my room and then go to bed, but I was playing on the server because it was no-whitelist weekend or something, and the time got away from me.
And because I was in a hurry I forgot to put my location,

I don't remember that I.P. at all :/ But I'm sure I had no idea you weren't allowed to, because I hate it when people grief because it makes no sense to destroy something awesome that someone built (unless griefing is allowed on like a faction server, because with factions it makes sense) and I would never do it for no reason at all, in fact, I wouldn't do it if there WAS a reason, but I don't know what happened there.

I would be more apt to believe that had you said it in the first post. We ask for 100% honesty and I found applications where you claimed to be 12. You knew your brother used your account and you should have made that clear in the first post.
