5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: ftbservers.com
6. Have you voted for Herocraft ?: Not yet If i enjoy the server sure I will!
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes.
8. Reason you should be accepted:Well I'm pretty sure most servers need more players and a helping hand! I can give both of that to you. Well at least try.I also read the rules from the wiki.

10. Additional Info: I am a computer gamer although I do have a xbox 360! I love Cosmetology which has a lot to do with make-up, nails , and hair. I'm actually gonna be going to college for it.

There are two bans for that website but they do not list any reason or anything. Do you recall what they were for and when you received them?
