  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): Yes I have been banned from a few servers but I do not remember the names or the time that it was, it was a fairly long time ago. I do remember that most of them where unjust bans from abusive staff, or a misunderstanding.

  8. Reason you should be accepted: Well I have an interest in all of the plugins and I have many friends who recomend this RPG server seeing as I have been looking for a fun RPG server with a responsible staff.

  10. Additional Info: I run a factions pvp server, I have been tempting to to build a nice looking airship. I like to build fairly large bases and or homes.

Alright, so on oc.tc I had first been banned for team griefing and from what I have been told that is an automatic system that will ban someone if they attempt to blow up your own base. For one of the maps I had created a tnt cannon to bomb the other teams base and someone had taken my water out of the cannon and I was quickly banned for team griefing. The second ban I had revived was for what one of the staff had described as hacking. I don't actually know what happened, all I remember is killing a few people and getting banned. After being banned I didn't want to write another appeal because I was fairly annoyed how the people that had been flying did not get banned, yet I got banned for killing more than one person in quick secession. I hope this clears up the bans that I have revived on oc.tc, please inform me if more information is needed.

If I am correct said website would be hackforums, yes I have joined said website in look for a client that I could use for moderation. I used to be a moderator for a server known by the name of Pangucraft (I am sure you have found the website when looking me up) recently I have taken ownership of said server. I find useing a client with chestfinder makes moderation easyer on said server because we do not allow faction betryal and most people that betray the their faction will hide chests. Since looking for said client I have lost control over my hackforum account. Also that link you have mention, that is the server that I had mentioned earlier that I am now owner of. At the time of that report I was the head moderator and I had removed an airship made by a player that was used for aesthetics at spawn. Said airship was being ripped apart by players who would light it on fire, atempt to fly it away or crash their airship into the airship/spawn. If more of an explanation is needed I explain what had happened in the posts on that forum.

Edit: Also if you need a person to vouch for me you could ask the Head-Admin of my server, he was there when this had happened and also has posted on that forum post you mentioned. A serious issue I have with this, it's the thought of having a hacked client. Another serious issue I have, how can I assure you won't use it here on HCO? You already have a ban for hacking (which I can't prove whether you did or not) that occured only a few months back.

I'm sure that you hear this many times a day, but I can assure you that I will not and do not plan on using a hacked client. I understand that I will be banned if I do use a hacked client. The friends that I mentioned in my references and I plan on donating for some of the perks (Mostly snakeyeeees and I) and we do not wish to risk the chance of being banned. We all have been chating via skype for the past hour or so about this server, planing out what we are all going to do.
