He's my clan leader, I joined his Multi-gaming clan afew weeks ago, Darktide ban around 1-2years ago and aerocraft couple of weeks. Darktide I used a hack which let you flew, and with aerocraft I was annoyed that day the admins are bad on that server so I just flipped out.

They may be because hotaDEATH gave me this account as a gift? If that's not the case I don't know why.. I live in the USA and he lives in UK

It has nothing to do with him giving you the account, both of you are posting here on the forums with the same IP address. That post right there that I quoted is on the same IP address as Hotadeath ((Amd that IP is located in the UK)).
