Your application is missing your location in the "Location & Age" section. Your country will be just fine.

Also, you actually have been banned a couple of times. Explain them in detail AND when they occurred.

Care to explain why your application claims you are 17 but this link claims you are 22? From the looks of it you have been banned there as well, even though the server appears to be dead.

Another thing I managed to discover, it looks like you own a server and happen to be looking for plugins. Why the interest in Herocraft?
