Ok, I have tried for the past few days, but the server doesn't recognize me as whitelisted. I realize that my IGN is actually lowercase, so isaacw9 rather than Isaacw9, and so my ID would be HCi9.

Well you have only been accepted for one day, not sure why you would be trying for "a few days" when you could only have tried for the past day.

Added again
