I was banned on that server because that mod was a member of a faction on a different server whom i raided so he raged and banned me on his server.

Because I did not realize that the ban was worth mentioning because I did not do anything wrong to get banned

We ask for 100% honesty on the applications and failing to mention a ban clearly is not being 100% now is it?

I am being honest ive never played on nerd server before unless someone else got a hold of my account and got me banned on that server because I dont like creative servers and that is probably the only reasonable explaination

I messed up on the signup for this server and couldnt change it so I just went along with the messed up birth date

Here is the issue I have. You did not mention your ban, which turns out to not even be the ban we have record of. I lectured you about the ban and being honest, but you do not remember the ban we did find the record of. Then I find issues with your age, after I already explained 100% honesty is needed.

How do I trust anything you are saying now?

Despite the issues I found, I will give you a chance on the server. Do not disappoint me, not that I am concerned about you griefing with TNT, it is not active on our server atm. =P Make sure you are completely aware of the rules. Not knowing the rules will not be a defence in case of a ban appeal.
