Well tier 8 was prerelease. So you would have to donate $150 and you would get forums badge and in-game lwc's and i think that is all for now
Edit: and also the suffix of the tier 8 star in game

Well my mother owed me $ 20 so she sent it to me in paypal today. It takes like 3-5 buisiness days to send it. I am really disappointed to miss out on Herocraft appreciation week. Could I donate like $ 20 in like 5 days when the money arrives and still get the cool arrow suffix?
