Thank you very much for being honest with your previous ban. However, duping is a rather serious offence, and I'm weary to allow you onto the server with that on your record.
I will, however, contact the staff on that server and see if I can get an answer from them. Please have patience.
EDIT: I spoke with the admin of the previous server, and you were given a chance to either admit to duping or turn in items that had been duped. You failed to do so, and were found with a duped item.
Seeing as you failed to follow the rules on your previous server, I'm not sure I can trust you to do so here. But, you were honest about the ban, and say that you didn't dupe only killed someone that had.
I'm going to give you a chance, but keep in mind you will be watched closely.
