The main issue here is I can't prove whether or not the bans are yours, and the ban count was rather disturbing. When did your brother a new account?

I did happen to find bans after the said date. Overall, I don't feel comfortable accepting this application. I can't prove whether or not the bans are yours or your brother's. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't. For now, this application is denied.

If you can manage to behave during your time on the server, you may have the chance to get accepted in the future. If you don't play on the server, it's fine. It's completely up to you.
