Its a compilation of mods built-in nice and neat for you to use and connect to FTB servers.
It has a lot of things that Tekkit has. More blocks, different mobs, etc.

Imho, FTB is more fun than Tekkit, it offers more to do besides machinery(also, MORE machinery). Although, Tekkit is more stable and has bukkit.

So, we'll eventually see where this is going. Just wish more people popped on!

I did but it appears that it won't even download it freezes at 'Downloading modpack'
Also in the console it says 'Not up to date!' but I just downloaded the most recent one so I don't understand what's going on :/
