basically it prevents people from abusing invincibility. There was a time when with endurance, paladins and dreadknights could make it so they took no damage, but dealt very very little. This meant that it was impossible for them to lose, as a draw was the worst they could do. So now, it's possible for you to take no damage, but you can't use such an ability as a "win" button, since you can't hurt them, either.

Farsight sounds very useful. Picking out names from a distance and whatnot would be an amazing skill to have.

This seems okay but 50c to create one chest shops is a bit too much. I don't mean to veterans but to new members who just joined. They might want to sell their goods that they mined for some money but since its 50c per chest shop, they might lose more money than they make. My solution is to maybe make it 20c until they have reached maybe level 25 in their combat class so they have the ablility to make a little bit of money and learn more about how the game works.

Or they can sell their stuff in the already existing chest shops untill they get enugh money to start up on their own. When we get professions, basically everyone can make a chest shop, making it important having something that prevents everyone from setting up a shop.

About the possibillity to lose more than one makes on a chest shop, that applies just as much to "old timers" as n00bs.

They could but then they will need to walk to the shop which could be dangerous seeing that they might die.

The only problem is that when a crafter wishes to change prices on a shop, say, 9.3c-9.4c, he has to pay 50c, and when all is said and done, his changed price doesnt give him 50c more profit for a while.

I'm thinking it may be best to off set that where it takes 50c to buy a shop and you get 45c back... so you will lose some coin but not everything.

I think that makes the most sense. It means that there's no huge loss for creating a chest shop, but at the same time should stop people from just popping them up all willy-nilly and without forethought, as it were.

I wonder what you'd sound like if you didn't add emphasis to our statement (swearing and CAPS), eh pretty weak, bro.

But either way, I reckon LWC's make the excitement of 'Raiding' Obsolete. A hardcore server is meant to provide difficulty and challenge throughout the game. LWC's are too easily achievable. Hardcore servers are challenging, therefore getting an LWC should be challenging.

I think LWCs should be completely abolished. I see donors with LWCs all over the land and I can't steal from them. I think people should rely on hiding their chests.

The way people speak, you'd think this server was all about ambush killing and thievery. I'd like to think we're about a bit more than that. People work or provide for the server for these protections, and I know I certainly don't have enough LWCs to store ALL of my valuables safely.
