4. Referral(s): No one specifically referred me or asked me to join. I have various acquaintances from another server (Battlecraft).
5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: At first I started seeing Herocraft on minestatus when I would go there to vote for Battlecraft. Shortly after I started hearing various guys chatting about it on Battlecraft. They would chat about the Heroes mod and how they enjoyed the change of pace with the added depth of the Heros mod.
6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Yes, i voted for Herocraft on all 6 links of the vote page.
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes, I have read and agree to abide by the rules & terms of Herocraft.
8. Reason you should be accepted: Because I am a good clean, trustworthy, mature player who would be a positive addition to the community. I have never caused any trouble on other servers and have proven to be a good addition to a gaming community.

10. Additional Info: I am a Youth Pastor, Husband, Father, Beard Enthusiast, Nerd at Heart & Gamer by night. I do computer repair/building/networking on the side and also dabble in web development. I enjoy just about any game from Blizzard, League of Legends, & Minecraft. I've played every game from Blizzard in which I spent way to much time as a teenager playing Diablo 2 and my college/adult life playing WoW. I haven't touched WoW in about 2 years and have no real desire to play again. I currently play a booty-ton of League of Legends which is my current love/addiction. I have had various 1-6 month sprees of Minecraft play in which I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. Pretty much all of my MC playtime has been spent on Battlecraft where I founded and ran one of the top clans on the server, Tremors. The clan still exists, but is not active and has no plans to be at the current time. I look forward to being a casual player on Herocraft to spend my downtime when not playing League or in need of a change of pace (with the possibility of becoming addicted, haha).

This is me as a friendly family guy.
