Ah, I'm a derp. I was interpreting the question as if i was currently banned on the server. Any way, if you look down further on that page you will see it was a misunderstanding and I was appealed. Sorry for not being clear.

Yea, you can refer to Juanmarch's application, the moderators on that server were young and immature, however I should have been the more mature person in the situation. I was very defensive when my friends, and myself, were being treated hypocritically and unjustly by young staff abusing their power. I was banned for standing by my friends while they were unfairly banned. That said, I did get unbanned from that server after a mod realized i wasn't banned for a significant reason (he couldn't even remember why).

This was a long time ago, my first minecraft server, and honestly it slipped my mind when making the application for this server, I'll edit my original post.
