3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when):I got banned from the killion detention center, to this day I do not know the exact reason I never got a reply from admins. It was about a year ago, thats the only one I have ever been banned from.
4. Referral(s):Found this server and I actually told a couple of friends about it
5. How did you hear about Herocraft?:Browsing servers on various sites

7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes
8. Reason you should be accepted:Because I like your classes and setup using heroes plugin
9. Special key (DON'T LEAVE BLANK!):HCg9
10. Additional Info: I don't think I need to add anything else, besides I was looking at allowed and disallowed mods, I use forge and I have like M2 and mo creatures in, it doesn't affect client or gameplay in server just when I play singleplayer, would I have to take them out everytime I wanna play on server or can I leave them in?

Since the ban was over a year ago and you told the truth, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
Metallurgy and Mo' Creatures do only affect singleplayer maps, so you should be fine.
