Yes I will Explain, I'm Not The Only One To use my Minecraft account. My older Brother, Which is 18, Uses It.And I discover That He uses Nodus When He plays. I don't Know why he uses it but he does.

And if you notice I am a multi-Game player. If you look at my picture It show A symbol, that is a logo for my Modern Warfare 2 Clan, TeamFuMe. So I Dont only play MC I also play ps3 But i am also acctive On my comp.

Bans are held against the account. I will be leaving the account on the greylist since there seems to be a frequent pattern of hacking. You are free to play on the server via greylist.

But what Pattern Of hacks there is only one Server that has happend And thats when my brother plays an that was on oc.tc

Hacking shown from the video here from just over a month ago.
Regardless, there is a very recent ban for hacking and someone who uses Nodus is using the account. The application is denied.

This was not a hack a that moment I had the command to set my fly speed Cause i am a donar on that server

Those kind of donor perks concern me...

However, the application is still denied. Just knowing that someone who uses Nodus has access to the account causes more than enough concern. Not to mention the ban from not even a day ago for hacking is a massive concern. You are free to play on the server via greylist.

The matter is closed.
