I think Erebos is only evil so people can do what they want - if you want to commit illegal acts despite Karma, go ahead, as long as they're not against the town.

Did I get that right?

People with any rating can do whatever they wish to - they just have to realize that evil acts will decrease Karma.

I am, of course, assuming that the Karma system that is soon-to-be-implemented is similar to the system on previous maps.

From what I've heard from Kainzo's announcements, it will be significantly different than it has been. Not so much decreasing karma, but changing the polarity of it and the different effects that'll have.
