  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): Lomz's Server - I've played on this server for about 2-3 years, and still am. I was a moderator, and volunteered to build a new spawn for it. However, I accidentally died, and one guy picked up my spawned items that I used for building the spawn, so I teleported back to the place of my death, and teleported him high in the sky, resulting in him falling to his death. The problem was that I didn't even ask him, as he could secretly kept some of the spawned items. I was banned for several hours and demoted for about a month. (around 2 years ago). Also, there may have been some more bans, but these were either self-bans (I needed to go sleep, Minecraft was too addicting!), or some non-serious offences. If you want to know more, you can ask the owners of Industrial Rage (KillerBees), Kingdom of Lacertus (Darkfire002) and Synergy (Dakalenos). Rest of the servers I've played on are now defunct.

I'm not a troublemaker, though I must admit, that I sometimes make jokes on other players. (For example, swarmed one guy's base with snowmen. :D). Also, I'm honest in this application, not only spewing out positives.

The ban duration was usually in hours, or up to 1 day. For example, landing my Movecraft helicopter nearone guy's house. It was during late Alpha, when the plugin was still buggy. When I lifted off, I accidentally took the house with my helicopter, carrying it over about 50 blocks.

Fixing that required an Admin with access to advanced server tools, so I've got a "warning" ban for that. :p

Another incident was on Lomz's Server (There was a lot of PvP), and one guy has built a house near spawn, and has betrayed my clan. He spied us for other clan and placed Runecraft Recall runes all over the clanbase. All that for payment of 10 diamond blocks.

As a revenge, we've been frequently raiding him, and he's started building defences to repel the attacks, such as making a high wall covered by lava. We've bypassed that by growing huge tree next to his house, giving us an easy route behind the wall. However, he got really pissed because of that so he reported us for harrassment.

... Basically, no griefing, server crashing or things like that. Just minor offenses.

When did these offenses occur?

Helicopter incident was by the late Alpha/Early Beta, and trees have occured about a year ago.
The server was running Minecraft Beta 1.7.
