I have an issue with you sharing the account. I have no idea who also shares the account and whether or not they are the legal age requirement per out ToS and the law. In addition I do not have any idea if any bans I find are yours or the friend.

Okay well I do not have proof the ban is yours or not.

So how do I know? same as if he came on the server on your account and caused issues. How do I know who it is? Whatever actions your account takes on the server is your responsibility, because we do not accept the excuse "My friend did it".
