Suggestion Exp bonus when changing classes

Whenever you change classes it might be nice if you got some sort of experience bonus for your new class if you mastered your current class and/or spec. It would give players more incentive to switch and try a new class rather then stick it out with their current one.

This could be done in three ways:
  • Starting your new class at a certain level. Like ten if you mastered, and twenty if you mastered a spec.
  • You gain exp faster in your new class/spec. (I can see this being harder to code).
  • You keep a percentage of your total experience before switching.

These bonuses wouldn't stack if you switched twice. Also this would only work with /hero choose and not /hero reset.

I don't think that this make a whole lot of sense to have put in - You have your reward for mastering a class: The title, the skills, bragging rights, etc.,

I think this is a fantastic idea! People master samurai for example and never leave it, what ever class is OP at the time is mainstream.

I have only been playing for a couple of weeks, but from wha i have noticed is that the first 5-10 levels are the hardest. This is because you don't have that many skills and HP, etc. If they switch to a different class and get XP boosts then they get to skip the harder part and level up easier. Once again I have only been playing for a couple of weeks so I don't know if this is true.
