This next part gets a bit confusing I'm not sure where to start. Firstly ill say that this is not my account but it is lintaroos account that he gave me. after a lot of talking with others it has been apparent that I must change the password so he does not know it so then it will be fully mine. Now with the ban on the previous server he told me that it wasn't his fault and he was lead to do what he did ending in a ban a friend I his told him that he checked the ban websites but there was not any record of any ban happening which is strange I hope this is enough information for you

So you said in your application, the ban was because YOU were forced to do something by other players, but really you were lying? It was actually Lintaroo?

The account, to change the password. If the email is still his he can access the account and change the password to whatever he wishes.

But he has access to it, nothing will stop him from accessing the account and causing issues.

Get the email address changed so there is not any way he could access the account. You say you trust him but he clearly has bans on the account. If you do not mind him getting angry and causing issues on YOUR account and cause it to be banned, who am I to care?

It is not my account. I will go ahead and whitelist you but if he gains access, or is found to be on the account it is your responsibility. Any issues he might cause on your account you will be held responsible for. The excuse "My friend/brother/sister/cousin/etc did it" does not work in a ban appeal.
