Maybe buff how long it lasts? When you're impaled, you shouldn't be able to move in a quite a while...maybe up to 2 more seconds?

I like the ideas I've seen. Dragoons are on the UP side and certainly need some of these.

I agree, they are supposed to have the upper hand on rangers..
