Law has and will fail in many ways for tech and cutting edge stuff. If this was a phisical attack with the same outcome, gawd, things would be so much different. We must have a massive online protest for the Gov or law to care. Please note, DDOS threats / etc have been deleted and will continue to be deleted.
If legal action does not work, I will wash my hands of this situation and the Minecraft community can do what they want. It's best to stay on the legal side of things.
'Cyber-Terrorism' is the key word here that will attract the attention of people most. Make it more visible.@Kainzo - Thought this might catch more peoples eyes on MCF and anywhere else people will use it as their signature. Whatcha think?EDIT: Just noticed it looks better on a background thats not gray/black -snipped the ending, to long,
I personally thing cyber-terrorism isn't a well developed word yet.^ Regarding this, I think cyber-terrorism is still too strong of words. The y are not trying to cause terror, as far as I can tell, and if they are, they're horrible at it.
That being said, the activity is doubtlessly illegal.

I don't know about you, but I'm fucking terrified!^ Regarding this, I think cyber-terrorism is still too strong of words. The y are not trying to cause terror, as far as I can tell, and if they are, they're horrible at it.

Different nations see terrorism differently too.
I believe it could be categorized as the beginning to a new DDoS era. If we go, there will defiantly be more servers terrified about the attack, and what a waste of money it will be, just to DDoS proof their services.
Edit: I think that every server in Brazil being terrified of them is sorta a terror thing too...
Edit#2: I respect what you are saying though. Cyberterrorism is just not developed enough for a solid back bone definition, so I guess this is an opinion thing.
