You have been walking endlessly, trying to find a suitable place to settle down. You notice a very loud rumbling in the distance. You begin to approach it. As you draw near, you see it's a waterfall. This particular waterfall branches off into two main streams. It cascades down into a mighty river, which pools up further down. The water is powerful, cutting through the red rock with ease. This is home. You begin to settle down, and soon life emerges. Town buildings, farms, and houses quickly dot the landscape. You begin to see life emerge before your eyes. You are finally content, knowing you've passed on a legacy that will strive for many generations.

The basic rank structure within the town is Cotanian, Conciliator, Commissioner, and Commander. A Cotanian is a standard citizen. A Conciliator is able to manage the members within the town and enforce the basic rules, as well as remove and add members. A Commissioner is in charge of all the responsibilities of a Conciliator, but is also able to create regions, modify regions, and execute basic administrative commands within the town. A Commander is the leader and founder of the town, and is in charge of every town aspect.
V. Town Goals
Cotana Creek is an economy based town, and we strive to be economically powerful on the server. We would like a large variety of classes within the town, and we strive to have an active and close-knit community. The town is currently in its early foundations, and we are looking for members to build the town into a thriving town that has active members that are loyal and dedicated to the town.

- Behavioral and General Rules
- Respect all members within the town.
- Do not steal from any town member.
- Do not enter another town member's house without permission.
- Please represent Cotana Creek in a positive way in chat.
- Any orders from town staff are to be obeyed without question.
- Activity is a must. You are expected to be on several times a week.
- Taxes are required. If you fail to pay these, and you fail to notify a town staff of the inability to do so, you will be removed from the town.
- Above all, obey the standard HeroCraft rules. You should know these, and are expected to follow them at all times.
- House Rules
- You may decorate the interior of your homes, and rearrange it how you wish.
- You may not change the materials of the walls, ceiling, or floor without permission.
- You may not remove any of the essential requirements for your house structure.
- You will be assigned into a pre-built house. These are free to live in. If you would like to build your own, there are plots available for purchase from size 7x7 to size 13x13.
- Application Rules and Requirements
- You must be at least 14 years of age.
- If you are outside of the US, please state your timezone using GMT.
- You must be active and on the server several times a week. Daily is preferred, but not always required.
- All professions are welcome, but the ones we are looking (see below) for the most will have a higher chance of being accepted.
- You are required to have Teamspeak. A mic is highly preferred, but as long as you can listen, that's fine.
- You must fill out the application form. You will not be given a free pass into the town because you are friends with a town member.
