Added this, Reduced stamina cost of Eviscerate, and slightly for kick/smoke.

I also finished adding all the skills we needed, however I'm not certain of the skill order I currently set it at. I'll post what it currently is for each class later tonight (might take me a while) and we can decide here the best way to do it.
