Nice use of French musical terms :p It may need an extra skill or two, but a very solid suggestion.
I never play supports, but I'd take a crack at this :)

Edit- INB4 OP 8 seconds of Berserker immunity :p

Smash -
Mana: 0 Stamina: 275 Cooldown: 8 Warmup: 0 Reagent: Jukebox (Doesn't consume, just required to use the skill)
Description: You smash your lute into 3 targets within 4 blocks of you, interrupting casting and slowing for a short amount of time. Deals 35 damage +(0.125) per point of strength.
Lore:

I love "smash" based skills. Sounds awesome. Maybe make damage scale off of number of songs up? Or make it build up similar to bloodmage skills.

Level: 30
Decelerando -
Mana: 215 Stamina: 250 Cooldown: 25 Warmup: 2 Reagent: None
Description: You play a slow, soft song, giving all enemies reduced speed (Speed IV) for 3 seconds (+0.08 per point of charisma)
Lore:

Slow IV? Sounds rough.

Level: 50
Eroico -
Mana: 65 Stamina: 125 Cooldown: 12 Warmup: 0 Reagent: None
Description: You play a heroic tune, dispelling all negative effects from teammates within 7 blocks, and healing for 55 (+0.75 per point of charisma).
Lore:

All negative effects?

Commented in the quote.

Overall looks like a solid skill set for bard. Slow IV and the all negative effects from Eroico seem a bit OP but might be good for the class to get back to a strong support class.

Meh.....that range *12+ plz*, is a bard really going to sing directly in his enemies face....or is he gunna sit BACK and inspire his team. I still prefer the over time heal just because it actually seems like in a sense it's being channeled. Every game I've played with bards....they've always had rejuvenation heal. If your so picky about the dispelling.....how bout a dispel song?

It should be noted that I had applause in their as a passive because not all skills are affected by the amount of people.

Commented in the quote.

Overall looks like a solid skill set for bard. Slow IV and the all negative effects from Eroico seem a bit OP but might be good for the class to get back to a strong support class.
In DG and Bastion, bard had slowness IV. It was pretty overpowered to be honest, I think slowness IV would be too much.
Also, at the start of Bastion accelerando was speed IV. Not really relevant, but I found it hilarious that speed IV and quake pro flips your screen upside down.

Good point, but either way I suppose it works!
Another thing to consider is the Bard has 9 skills that use Charisma and 1 that uses Strength. This would allow the Bard to stack heavy amounts of points into Endurance and Con to make it pretty Tanky. Almost 1100 HP and 3 Iron pieces would be easily possible, but then again I am a masochist and believe that all classes should be forced to split their attributes 4 ways!

I'd rather that each song is affected by a corresponding attribute.
How I would break it up-

Damage Songs (Affected by STR):
  • Forte
  • Agitato
Crowd Control Songs (Affected by CHA):
  • Accelerando
  • Deccelerando
  • Fortissimo
Healing/Utility Songs (Affected by WIS):
  • Mezzo Piano
  • Healing Chorus
  • Eroico
Special Cases-
  • Gustoso: End
  • Fermata: Con
The corresponding attribute would affect the heal/damage and the length of the song. The purpose of this suggestion is so a bard can't go Pure END, CON, and CHA and be good at everything. If a person wants to focus on damage, he would put more STR. If he cares about more support, he will put more WIS. If he want's to have more "CC" he would go CHA.

Agreed, we have to keep things in order for different play styles. I think this is a perfect solution for bards who want to focus more on the damage (solo play) or healing end (group). Updated it based around your suggestions.

This is mostly ideas now, I think we need to present a full realized list of changes. This would make it easier to implement.
