3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): Never been banned from any other servers to my knowledge. I haven't done much multiplayer(non-LAN) MC prior to now, to be completely honest.

5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I figured I would give Multiplayer a shot and see how I like it. I went online and googled MineCraft Servers, and found a list of servers. Yours was on the list, and it looked intriguing. Logged in and enjoyed the tutorial.
6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Yes, I have voted for Herocraft.
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: I do agree to the EULA and Terms of Service. They do not seem unrealistic or difficult to comply with.
8. Reason you should be accepted: I am not sure I can give you a solid rason to add "mature" individual like myself to your white list. I am not a griefer, I have experience with several onlne MMO's and always fit in well there, I don't see why I would not do so here as well.

10. Additional Info: I have been around PC's, buidling my own from spare parts, most of my life. I was probably learning to code on the TRS80 before most people on this server were even twinkles in their mother's eyes and/or urges in their father's britches. I enjoy MC a good deal, and have hosted local LAN multiplayer servers occasionally for myself and my (now grown) childrens friends to come over the the house and game on. I don't pretend to be hip/cool, I just do my own thing and do my best to fit in.
