when you make a post that violates our rules and has to be deleted or moderated, you usually receive 1 point that decays in a month. However, staff can set the amount of points and time of decay.

- /roll - added for those who wish to battle players to see who can get the highest number, range = 25 from player. (Central only)

If this and a simple local alert message was added to the normal play servers player could actually see when rare loot drops and have a chance to roll for it.

@mung3r would be able to do this... but might take some fancy footwork to do it.

That would actually defeat the purpose.
It seems the direction of HC is to promote group PVE, but part of that is the group knowing whats dropping so those with quick fingers don't take all sorts of neat things leaving everyone else feeling like poo.
This way everyone in the immediate area knows when something special drops and they could roll for it if that's how they were working their group.

I remembered this last map, it was a pain to get vines then.
