3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): I've never been banned from any server I've been in, and I've been through a lot of them.
4. Referral(s): I don't have any, as I don't know anyone on this server yet.
5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: While I was looking for a server, I stumbled upon the minecraftforum thread of this server.
6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Yep, on both websites.
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Of course I do.
8. Reason you should be accepted: There's no reason to refuse me so far. But there aren't any to accept me either now that I think about it... Damn it !

10. Additional Info: It's been a while that I've been surfing around the Minecraft servers to find the community I'd finally be fond of playing with. More than a year, still not found. I sincerely hope this server will be the one (as I love RPG servers).
