I don't really know why but 1 time i got unbanned and the other one says that i broke into someones house but i dont really know anymore. Its 1 year ago and since that i never got banned anymore.

Yes, I see that you got banned. So it was for breaking into someones house?
Also why did you fail to put this on your application?
