5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: By looking up "Minecraft Servers with Classes and Quests" and I found Herocraft as the first one on Minecraftservers.org

8. Reason you should be accepted: I think I should be accepted because I'm pretty trustable, I've read the rules, and I've had experience with other RPG games such as Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars (1 & 2).
