On two different applications, at two different times you stated you were 13, and now you claim you are really 15?

One would think if you went to some parties for your "friends", you would put your age as higher, not younger. I am frankly confused by you and I have doubts you are even above the age of 13. None of your excuses make any sense whatsoever.

Frankly I do not believe you. You have stated 3 different times you are 13 ((And in the IRC you indicated you were 13)), yet now you are 15. I do not believe you are 15, nor do I believe you are 13.

I have specific rules I do need to follow in regards to age, and I cannot prove you are the legal age required. I am going to deny this application for now.
