That was my younger brother im sorry about that, We shared an account but now he's into FPS shooter games now. So yea im 16. I didnt even know about this server until today, and me and my brother just got a new computer. His name is james and he is 15 now, so thats his application sorry about that.

No he doesn't have access to the account. and hes no longer into minecraft, like a said hes big into games like COD, and halo now, sorry for the trouble.

Okay i admit my ban occured about a month ago, the circumstances were we were raiding, but we werent breaking blocks or anything it was just some pvp fun, i got onto the roof of my friends house, and jumped falling into a hole by the wheat farm in the backyard. I broke the wheat farm to get out and a modeator thought i was griefing. I told him i wasnt, but he didnt believe me because i have been muted, (for caps lock) and one time saying the d word when i fell into lava which got me an exile. This happened to me so when he saw me breaking the wheat farm to get out of the hole he looked at my record saw the infractions and thought i was a trouble maker. after my ban i just quit the server.
I hope that clears some things up.

yes, I did use a texture pack and im sorry for not bringing that up its just cuz i dont understand, the mutes where for using caps and 1 jail for see through texture pack, the other jail was because i was supposedly flying in my cell, but i have a mac and i dont know how to even install mods, so i asked how i could of been flying in game chat and stevey got mad at me and i got banned. Sorry for not bringing that up but i wont hack. i ot rid of my textue pack that is like that, i promise

The reason i admit to things is because there is no bother in denying it, it happened and I did jail time. I wont deny anything. Sorry for not bringing this ban appeal up

Making a new application would be moot. It seems you have had a few bans in the past on your other server as well.

The ban appeal I found was from yesterday and based on what it said, I do not feel comfortable allowing you on the server at this time. If the bans were a few months ago, the decision would be different. Please feel free to reapply in a few months.

Christmas is fine of course. I was thinking more like October to be fair =)

If no further bans occur, I do not see why you could not be whitelisted at that time.
