- Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): Yes, account was shared with a couple of friends a while back, they got into trouble while using my account and resulted in bans. Unsure of how many servers I am banned from, but since May 1st, I have changed my password and have not been personally banned from any servers since this event.
- Referral(s): Working with the Heroes plugin on my server (not public, just for friends) - Don't know anyone playing on your server as of yet.
- How did you hear about Herocraft?: Working with Heroes plugin for my server.
- Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: No, it states that it is not required and I would like to see the server first hand before voting.
- Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes.
- Reason you should be accepted: I am a frequent minecraft player, during the summer I can play 4-6 hours a day (not a typical day, but at most). I also would like to learn more about the heroes plugin being used here, possibly talk to the developers, etc. I also enjoy pvp and am an excellent builder. (I have no screenshots of my work, as it never occurs to me to take them, and my work is all reset now.)

- Additional Info: I am a 14 year old male that enjoys minecraft as a pass time, but do not take the game too seriously. I enjoy building cities and realistic structures with a modernized twist, as well as my friends. If I am accepted and enjoy the server, I will get my friends to start playing on it as well. We work best as a team, consist of a group of about 20-30 players, and all enjoy building, fighting, trading, crafting, and blowing peoples mind's with our structures.
