Thats what i said make it in a safe place that other towns cant get to. And when someone from a town dies they spawn back intheir own town not yours -

Perhaps another solution would work for spawning. I'm not sure if it would be possible to code it but if it is possible I think it would be ideal. Create a town spawn, any member of town a town that dies inside any town including their own spawns at their town spawn. Any non town member and town... -

Was the primary box ever fixed or are we still running on backup? It could be all the live testing you are doing as we play but it seems the lag level is much higher now than it was last map even at similar player counts. I guess it could also be the additional load of 1.3 as opposed to 1.2 but... -

The other issue with the blocks is that when you are grinding trying to collect it fast you will be more likely to rape the landscape. -

I agree with most of what you said here @Rumblestikk. I do think that the loss of gold conversions can be offset by raising taxes. The biggest issue I see with diamond blocks being used for town upgrades is that it takes materials out of the world that are already rare. Also as you said while... -

I cant say i agree with your stance on towns. I do find your other idea interesting. I think the work involed would probably prohibit it from ever being implemented, sadly as it would probably be the ideal system. -
