    I can see it happening. Make the map limits fairly small so people can find you easily, and populate it well with resources. Give a good risk/reward ratio and it will be used. Naturally you'd need to be able to transfer items between the servers. Teleport spells like /home will not be available...

    It's not inconcievable. but you'd need to have a pretty strict cooldown. Most wilderness players are safe only by secrecy, and yeah. Slayers should have a CHANCE to find them, but more like a hint rather than a homing beacon.

    Admin controlled boss battles similar to Shadow of the Colossus. I like it. I would need one hell of a fine tuning and some kind of health system though, which will be difficult if at all possible to implement..

    I agree. Many of the buildings rely on craftbook devices, so that at least must be ported before the upgrade.

    turn protection into spells

    Possibly even add a redstone cost over time; not too much, but enough that you have to refill the redstone chest every few days. This is to protect blocks. PvP should still be enabled in the protected zone, or double the timely redstone cost to disable PvP. Naturally, towns don't have this cost.
