    Yes, a conversation is a personal message. Angyles is busy this week, it might be hard for her to respond right away. She will, however, get to your issue as soon as she can. She's a very hard worker. Go to 'Inbox' then down to 'Show All'. Does it show the pm/conversation you started with her?

    Click on their name and there is an option there. Profile Page Start a Conversation Follow Ignore Or, when logged in click 'inbox' in the upper right of your screen, then go to start a new conversation. (It'll be easier to use this one)
