    ALERT An update!

    Yes, you can disband your township in Haven and then gather the resources in Shrine and rebuild there. There will not be a credit given for disbanding the previous township though, as far as I know.

    Bug Runeblades Flicker

    What he is saying is happening is when you flicker back into sight you become vulnerable to single target skills, then once you flicker back out of sight they are no longer able to effect you until you come back.
