    The reason why Runeword is not currently focused for Runeblade use is due to the fact that it increases ALL magic damage, not just your magic damage. It was considered too powerful in group fights to be buffed any more.

    Not really, this would allow you to make awesome custom towns designed to withstand the harsh environments. I imagine a desert oasis town for any placed in a dessert biome. This would give an amazing feel to the game if it could happen and wouldn't penalize players, just make them play smarter.

    I disagree, what sense would it be to step inside a region and the freezing cold/blistering heat instantly vanishes? That would ruin this idea, I think that the towns that live here and receive the defensive bonus should model their town to fit with the environment. Overall I love this idea...
