    A level 60 necro was chasing me down, he was able to keep up because the cooldown for poison is shorter than the DoT it places on you, along with what seemed like a retardedly long range he was pretty much able to just poison me down 300 or so HP.     I'd have to say no, the only reason to go dragoon is due to their mobility, they do 60 damage with a dia shovel at 60, and the max damage they can put out with any skill is like 100, right? If you're going to derp with them, I wouldn't be taking away their mobility which their class is based on...
